I requested another withdrawal, a larger amount and received it less than 24 hours after it was processed. I used a different bank withdrawal option, so perhaps I just need to stick to that in future as it’s now back to the speed I expect of such a reputable broker.

Their spreads were too wide, and their trading platform was extremely unstable. To make matters worse, my orders were always delayed without any explanation. It was like they couldn't care less about me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend BUX to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy broker. Just one piece: stay away from it.
