GCC Investing is a St. Vincent and the Grenadines registered Forex and CFD broker based in Sofia, Bulgaria, owned by GreenRiverOU of Estonia, with payment processing done by Mercure Services Ltd in St. Vincent. GCC Investing is not currently subject to any effective regulation.
