General Information

Toho Securities provides a full lineup of financial products in collaboration with silver, trust, and securities (banks, trusts, and securities), Toho Securities is working to create a richer life for local residents through its securities business. Market Instruments

Toho offers Money Orders (EY, CADJPY, TRYJPY, USDJPY, INRJPY, MXNJPY, AUDJPY, NZDJPY, BRLJPY), Stock Index (EU50, Russian RTX index, NASDAQ, Frankfurt DAX index, Nikkei average, Shanghai Composite index, TOPIX, S & P 500 species). Additionally, customers can trade Government Bonds/ Products such as; Japan 10-Year Government Bond Yield, US 10-Year Government Bond Yield, NY Crude Oil Futures, NY Gold Futures.

Account Types

When opening an account with TOHO, It takes about a week to open an account and your account might be declined if it does not meet there criteria.

Select either “Withholding tax” or “Withholding tax”.

* The tax withholding method can be changed until the first transfer of the year or the acceptance of dividends.

Once the transfer or dividend has been accepted, the year cannot be changed.

(2) Even with “withholding tax”, you

can file a final tax return as necessary, such as when you want to total profit or loss with other financial institutions or deduct losses carried forward.

Mechanism of “withholding tax”

If you select “Withholding tax”, you do not need to file a tax return.

If profits have been generated from the beginning of the year, Toho Securities will collect the tax and Toho Securities will pay the tax on behalf of the customer.

In case of loss, the tax will be refunded to the customer up to the collected tax amount.

Spread & Fees

Stock trading fee for less than one unit (for example, less than 1,000 shares if 1,000 shares are one unit). The commission amount for the contract of one unit is proportionally divided by the number of shares traded.

[Calculation formula] Fee per unit x (Number of shares traded / Number of shares per unit)

Fees for exchanging yen and foreign currencies

For transactions of foreign currency-denominated products, the exchange rate determined by the Company.

The exchange spread;

Less than; US $100,000 spread is 50 sen

Over US $100,000 spread is 25 sen

Deposit And Withdrawal

TOHO accepts payment to accounts using Bank Transfer, you will be shown the bank details on the Deposit page, after transfer, TOHO officials will then proceed to confirm your payments within 48hours.

Statement From TOHO concerning Withdrawal;

`We will transfer the money to the registered deposit account in the name of the customer within the range of Nomura MRF and deposit.

If the customer contacts Toho Securities by 4:00 pm, the

money will be transferred to the registered deposit account on the next business day in principle.

If you contact us after 4 pm, the transfer may be made on the next business day.`

Explanation Of Fees & Risks

·The products handled by Toho Securities are not deposits and are not covered by the deposit insurance system.

In addition, Toho Securities does not guarantee the principal.

· The prices of products handled by Toho Securities may drop due to fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates, stock markets, etc., or changes in the business or property status of securities issuers, resulting in losses.

In addition, the loss due to the transaction belongs to the customer himself.

· For investment in products handled by Toho Securities, a prescribed fee, etc. for each product (in the case of domestic stock trading, a maximum of 1.210% (tax included) and a minimum of 2,750 yen (tax included) of the contract price, investment In the case of a trust, you may be required to bear the sales commission and trust fee expenses set for each issue.
