Founded in March 1993, Pioneer Futures is one of the earliest futures companies established in China and is a member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (Member No. 0138), Shanghai International Energy Exchange (Member No. 8138), Dalian Commodity Exchange (Member No. 0075), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (Member No. 0215) and China Financial Futures Exchange (Clearing Member, Member No. 0325) as member units. Pioneer Futures has a registered capital of RMB 136,214,000 and is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, with 10 branches, including Shanghai Branch, Zhejiang Branch, Fujian Branch, Guangzhou Branch, Jiangsu Branch, Dalian Branch, Jinxiang Branch, Fuzhou Branch, Hangzhou Wenyi Road Branch and Changzhou Branch. Pioneer Futures has won the “Outstanding Member Award” and “Most Growing Member Award” of Dalian Commodity Exchange, “Annual Market Growth Outstanding Member Award” of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and “Annual Market Growth Outstanding Member Award” of Shanghai Futures Exchange. Pioneer Futures has been awarded the “Outstanding Member Award” and “Most Growing Member Award” by the Dalian Commodity Exchange, the “Annual Outstanding Member Award for Market Growth” by the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, the “Market Progress Award” by the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the “Annual Growth Breakthrough Award” by the China Financial Futures Exchange. After the entry of the new controlling shareholder, Shanghai Hesheng Asset Management Co., Ltd, Pioneer Futures has developed rapidly. Up to now, the scale of the company's customer futures equity exceeds RMB 3 billion, and the scale of asset management business exceeds RMB 800 million.
Products & Services of Pioneer Futures
Pioneer Futures is mainly engaged in domestic commodity futures brokerage and financial futures brokerage business. Investors can trade various futures and options products of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, China Financial Futures Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Trading Center.
Trading Methods of Pioneer Futures
Pioneer Futures supports investors to trade through three methods, online trading, manual telephone commission, and written commission. Online trading allows investors to log in to the Pioneer Futures website, download and install the online trading system and quotation software, log in with their futures fund account and trading password, and place orders independently. If investors choose manual telephone commission, they must provide their customer number, customer name, trading password, etc. Pioneer Futures trading personnel will verify that the above information is correct before accepting the customer's commission order. Investors are required to fill out and sign a “Transaction Order Form” for on-site written instructions at the futures company's business premises. After the trader receives the client's order form, the order will be reported to the system. The content of the order form should be clear and complete. After the transaction is completed, the trader will notify the customer of the transaction in a timely manner.

Deposit and withdrawal of Pioneer Futures
Investors should transfer funds in and out of futures trading through the investor's futures settlement account, and the margin account of the Futures brokerage company opened in the same futures settlement bank in the form of peer-to-peer transfer, not through cash receipts and payments or internal transfers of futures brokerage companies. Pioneer Futures supports traders to deposit and withdraw funds to and from their accounts through Bank Futures Transfer. The maximum number of withdrawals per day is 6, and the withdrawal ratio is 99% of the available funds. No withdrawal is allowed for closing profits on the same day, the maximum single withdrawal limit is 1 million Yuan, and the total daily withdrawal limit is 5 million yuan. All banks do not charge investors for bank transfer service fees for the time being, and the amount and method of future fees are subject to the announcement of each bank. Non-banking traders can transfer funds to Pioneer Futures' margin account through bank counters, online banking, ATM, etc.
