Established in 2003, New Direction Trust Company (NDTCO) empowers investors to diversify their portfolios beyond the stock market and invest their tax-advantaged savings and retirement funds into the alternative assets. NDTCO aims to remove barriers to self-directed investing. In 2003, New Direction IRA opened for business as an independently owned franchise of a national retirement provider. In 2008, it became NDTCO, a Kansas-regulated non-depository trust company based in Overland Park, Kansas with administrative offices in Louisville, Colorado.

NDTCO offers the following self-directed accounts: Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, SIMPLE IRA, Health Savings Account, Solo 401(k), Inherited IRA, SEP IRA and Coverdell Education Savings Account.
Investment Options
Clients are provided with the following investment options at NDTCO: Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Lending, Checkbook IRA/LLC, Precious Metals and other investments including Oil and Mineral Rights, Timber, Air and Space as well as Livestock.
