I initiated a withdrawal of over 50,000 in April, but the platform has been transferring only 5,000 at a time, often excusing itself by claiming lack of platform capacity! I am currently still owed over 30,000. They are unresponsive to messages and ignoring my communications! The platform has evidently absconded; everyone should be cautious.
