My name is Hinan Shao nad my account in Tickmill is 63952. I made a huge loss of above ¥900,000 in Tickmill between the end of 2019 and March, 2020. Then I deposited over ¥300,000 in succession and profited. My account balance was over ¥800,000. I withdrew on August 26, but the money didn’t arrive. I can’t log in to my account after communicating with the customer service of Tickmill. I emailed Tickmill and asked them why they close my account without my permission. And I told them I didn’t ask them to close my account and there was much money in my account. You should return my money at least. I doubt that Tickmill is legal or not.
