Hello there, Novox has received the complaint. It was found that the account was involved in Novox’s bonus campaign. It is clearly stated in terms of the activity that traders on Novox are not allowed to use internal hedging to carry trades, but some of them violate the clause and use internal hedging to carry out trades illegally. Thereafter, Novox carried out an investigation into transactions of all the accounts that had participated in the activity after 16 December. The account you reported was also covered, which resulted in the delay of the withdrawal. During this period, Novox’s online customer service informed customers of the situation, apologized for the inconvenience caused, and asked customers to be patient. So far, all of the accounts involved in the activity that are suspected of internal hedging transactions have been reviewed, and most of the withdrawal requests have been approved.
