ZFX not only fobbed customers off, but also deliberately confounded them with false information. And the broker's statement is inconsistent with the notice released by customer beneficiary bank. The customer asked ZFX several times to provide the related evidence for further checking, but they haven't offered the evidence to support their allegation.

Apparently, the related department of ZFX are deliberately giving their customer a hard time in withdrawal. They haven't done nothing for 14 days since the message correction notice by the beneficiary bank on November 16. So the remittance was cancelled by the beneficiary bank due to expiration. Meanwhile, the platform kept putting customer off by making the same replies, without any intention of assisting their customer in withdrawing money.

I have questioned about withdrawal problem and the following solutions by email, but ZFX always prevaricated by saying that the relevant department are checking it or account manager is helping with the problem. It took 7 days to remit money for DBS on November 8 since my withdrawal application on November 14. According to the same efficiency, customer's beneficiary bank required message correction on November 16, therefore, ZFX should have provided the address of actual remitter so that the bank could refund the money smoothly. But in fact, since November 16, ZFX hasn't provided any information to ensure the money arrives in time, indicating that the platform gave me a hard time purposely in withdrawal.

I have communicated with the online customer service about the solution of withdrawal issue several times, but ZFX made the same official replies to fob the customers off. Moreover, the customer staff members gave different answers about the current status about the issue, not showing any sincerity and attitude of solving the problem.

After applying for a withdrawal on 11/8, until today 11/28 still cannot receive withdrawal. I have inquired why the beneficiary bank could not release the money into the account. The reason is that ZFX has been unwilling to provide the address information of the actual remitter to the beneficiary bank, which resulted in the inability of the fund to be released into the account. I kept reporting to the customer service in the middle and got the same reply: the relevant unit is in the process of inquiry. ZFX does not have any real help and wants to deal with it actively.
