We and our LPs including Saxo, Barclays, and Lmax have reached an agreement of confirming customer's identity each other. And the user conducted illegal trading as a registered member of our LP before registering TM, so his account was terminated by the LP. He had deposited for trading when his identity was confirmed by our official staff. There's no profit made during the trading. As a user terminated by our LP, he also can't make a transaction at our company. Therefore, the user is required to provide relevant documentation so that we can confirm that if his information registered at our platform is consistent with that recorded by our LP. We had already reviewed his information a few day ago, and have informed him of withdrawing all his margin as soon as possible.
