I am trading on XM and initially believed that XM is a major brand with strength that would treat customers fairly. The current offerings of bonuses and no overnight interest attracted me to trade and try to withdraw funds. I originally hoped to test your withdrawal speed to potentially increase my funds for trading in the future. However, I don’t understand why, after I made a profit, you judged that I was engaging in arbitrage. It is clear that I have been wronged and misjudged. You can review my trading records; if I were engaging in arbitrage, I would certainly hold positions for a long time. In reality, I only held my positions for two or three days. Therefore, I request the cancellation of this misjudgment and the return of my legitimate trading profits. Furthermore, after I filed my complaint, I received a call from XM's customer service stating that I was associated with other clients deemed problematic, and that is why my withdrawal was denied. This is unfounded, and I strongly urge the XM platform to revoke this misjudgment and return my legitimate trading profits!
