The customer admitted that he himself canceled the first three deposits. After the fourth deposit was processed, he still claims he hasn’t received the deposit, which means that the deposit amount is not showing in his trading account. Our deposits and withdrawals are all handled by a third-party payment provider, and the records of his canceled deposits from the first three times lead to a serious issue that can cause confusion between us and the payment provider regarding the coding. For the fourth deposit, the payment provider received his funds, but due to the coding confusion caused by multiple applications, we need to confirm and track his deposit code with the payment provider. With so many deposit and withdrawal requests each day, it takes time for the payment provider to track the amounts, and this is an issue he created himself. However, I see that his deposit was credited yesterday.
