This morning, the opening price is about 1.26776, I am clearly profitable, the interface shows I lose money, and the interface intentionally stuck, resulting in my inability to close the position or T/P. And then I re-login to enter the platform, I set up the T/P at1.2681, S/L at 1.27070. Why give me a mandatory close the position price of 1.27086? I have not exceeded the lower limit of 50% of the close position, there is no such a price. I asked for a refund of my profit average price (1.6861.42-1.26776) × 50 lots = $4271 , my account net should be the initial profit of 12868 + 4271 + deposit amount of 6974 = $24113 .
