Please be informed that the agent is required to operate in accordance with the agency cooperation agreement signed with the platform. DecodeFX explicitly states that agents are prohibited from trading on behalf of clients and violating client privacy. Their private actions do not represent the platform's position. We have also emailed the agent, asking them to contact the client and address this complaint. This complaint was caused by the agent's personal actions, of which the platform was unaware and is not related to the platform.
