Due to the fact that we do not support withdrawals to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the withdrawal request for account 6770123 has been rejected. We have sent multiple emails to the customer requesting that he changes to another personal bank card for the withdrawal, but the customer has not done it. Currently, the customer has replaced it with a Bank of China card for the withdrawal process. The funds have been submitted to the bank for processing and are expected to arrive within approximately two business days. There are no issues with our withdrawal process. We kindly ask the customer to pay attention to the email information we have sent to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
