800억원대 스캠코인 사건으로 구속기소됐다가 풀려난 존버킴 박모씨가 또 다른 사기 혐의로 검찰에 재구속됐습니다.
검찰에 따르면 박모씨는 스캠 코인 ‘아튜브’를 발행하고 상장한 뒤, 시세 조종을 통해 투자자들로부터 2600억원을 탈취한 혐의를 받는데요.
법원은 범죄 혐의가 중대하고 증거인멸 및 도주우려가 있다고 판단해 구속영장을 발부했다고 설명했습니다.
