ZHISHI FUTURES is a full member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and a clearing member of China Financial Futures Exchange. Account Opening Issues
The clients of ZHISHI FUTURES should be natural persons, legal persons, and other brokerage organizations qualified to engage in Futures trading. Natural persons must have the full civil capacity to open accounts with true and legal identities and must ensure the legality of the source of funds, the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the identity documents and other relevant information provided. Natural persons to open an account must sign the account-opening documents themselves and can not entrust an agent to handle the account opening procedures on their behalf.
Legal persons, other economic organizations, and other institutional customers to open an account can entrust an agent to handle the account opening procedures, sign the account opening documents. An agent to open an account of the institutional client should provide the company with a true, accurate, and complete power of attorney for the account agent and other information.
Clients in special workplaces opening accounts should comply with the provisions of the China Futures Market Monitoring Center and the futures exchanges.

Bank Futures Transfer of ZHISHI FUTURES
ZHISHI FUTURES is currently open the Bank Futures Transfer via cooperating with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Exchange Bank, and Bank of China. The processing time of bank transfer is from Monday to Friday from 8:45 to 15:15. Each account can withdraw 500,000 RMB each time, and the amount of funds that can be transferred each day is 90% of the immediately available funds. Withdrawals of 500,000 RMB or more must be requested from the company's finance department, and reservations must be made one day in advance for withdrawals of 3 million RMB or more (inclusive).
