Global Fraud Protection Brokers Analyst Team Verdict: | Avoid This Scam Broker! |
InvestXE claims to be a brand of InvestXE LLC from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Also, on the main page, the company stated its fully SVGFSA regulated. So, there‘s one issue with this. FSA regulation doesn’t exist. Instead, this registration body is directing companies to opt for regulation in the country of service. So, weve checked if InvestXE is regulated in any of the Tier 1 countries.
As a result, after a thorough check of the FCA, ASIC, BaFin, and several other regulators searching for the InvestXE regulation, we concluded this brokerage is a fraud. It doesnt have a license and provides financial services illegally.
It‘s not just us that has bad things to say about InvestXE brokerage. After reading numerous InvestXE reviews, we’ve discovered that traders share our concerns. First of all, many investors have experienced withdrawal issues and found out they cannot complain to anyone since FSA is not an actual regulatory body. Besides, there are a lot of issues with the trading platform and all of the deposits are made via crypto, which makes it harder to follow the money.
We would strongly advise you to avoid the InvestXE forex broker. In addition to this, if you already deposited your money with OMC Markets, Orbex or PrimoTrade, but cannot get it back – we can try to help you!
Broker trading platform choice is highly unreliable. There‘s a MarketPro platform that seems to be made for so-called automated trading and Copy trade systems. Besides, there’s a proprietary web trader designed by the broker that allows only cryptocurrency trading.
Since none of these options is trustable, we would advise you to choose a brokerage that offers MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) since these platforms give you higher fund security.
Besides a desktop platform, there‘s an InvestXE app available for both Android and iOS devices. Yet, again there’s the same issue as with the web trader. It‘s a proprietary app, and the broker has access to all the trades and clients’ funds, which is highly risky.
Moreover, according to the brokers website, there are 3 different trading instruments available:
Currency pairs
Commodities
Cryptocurrencies
However, once you check out the list of available currency pairs, you will discover it‘s nothing else but currencies against cryptos. If you were expecting to see the Forex market, it wouldn’t be possible with InvestXE. As per commodities, clients can choose between soft commodities, precious metals, and energies.
Before we move forward, we encourage you to read our recently updated AG Markets and TradedWell broker reviews.
Also, there are three different groups of accounts, each containing several options:
Primary accounts – Standard, Progression, and Advanced
Professional accounts – Gold, Platinum
AutoXE account
Primary accounts are meant to be used by inexperienced traders and require a lower minimum deposit, while Professional accounts start from 75,000 USDT in BTC equivalent. Also, InvestXE minimum deposit for a Standard account is 500 USDT in BTC equivalent and can be made via different crypto exchanges. AutoXE account, as the name itself suggests, is meant to be used with a trading robot.
Surprisingly, broker doesnt offer its traders a Demo account. So, if you are interested in trading with this particular brokerage, you will have to start a Real account immediately.
As being said, traders do have a lot of complaints against InvestXE broker. Also, according to them, the broker prevents clients from withdrawing their funds by blocking their access to the account. Clients are being persuaded not to withdraw any money for a start since there‘s a better market opportunity. Once this excuse is sold off, the broker blocks clients’ accounts and does not let them see their funds ever again.
Because there is no regulator to oversee these activities, the InvestXE trading scam is widespread.
Finally, suppose you have been scammed by InvestXE, you need to file a dispute immediately and request a chargeback. Our support team will be more than happy to book a free consultation with our Global Fraud Protection experts to learn about your case. As any scam case is unique, we are here to provide a unique money-back solution for you.
