Financial Services Authority

The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Fcx-Trade LLC is not formed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as publicized on their website https://fcxtrade.com/about/index.html. Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is formed, registered, incorporated, licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents. The Certificate of Incorporation also published on the website https://fcxtrade.com/140.82.36.9/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Certificate-of-Formation-FCXTRADE-LLC.pdf showing formation thereof is a fraudulent document. The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authority also advises that Forex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued from this jurisdiction.
