October 4, 2023, the securities market commission (cmvm) alerts to the fact that the entity umarkets , owner of the website https:// umarkets .net/ is not authorized or registered with cmvm for the exercise of any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the securities code, or any other subject to cmvm supervision. cmvm also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts.
