​November 23, 2020 the securities market commission (cmvm) alerts to the fact that the entity fg markets, owner of the website http:// FGMarkets.com / and the Facebook pages https://www.facebook.com/fg-markets-556317921483302 and https://www.facebook.com/fgmarketscom-547611438973426, not being authorized or registered with the cmvm to carry out any activity of financial intermediation in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the securities code. cmvm also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts. To ensure that a given entity that offers investment services in financial instruments is authorized to carry out activities in Portugal, you must consult the list of authorized financial intermediaries (through this link) or the list of entities authorized to provide financial services in Portugal under a free regime provision of services (lps) (through this link).
