cmvm warns investors about the Create Capital Invest

July 10, 2020 the securities market commission (cmvm) alerts to the fact that the entity Create Capital Invest , owner of the website https://www.createcapitalinvest.com/ is not authorized or registered with the cmvm to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of the article 295th of the securities code. CMVM clarifies that this entity, contrary to what is disclosed, has no relationship with the financial intermediary Caixa Econômica Montepio Geral, Caixa Econômica Banking, SA, registered with CMVM, and which is not the subject of this communication nor, in any way, targeted for the same.
