Teade GreenRiver OÜ tegevuse kohta 19.02.2020 Finantsinspektsioon teavitab kliente ja investoreid, et äriühing GreenRiver OÜ (registrikood 14445326) ei oma investeerimisteenuste osutamiseks Eestis tegevusluba ja seega puudub GreenRiver OÜ l õigus osutada Eestis investeerimisteenuseid. Nimetatud ettevõte pakub võimalust kaubelda veebilehtede www.investteck.net ja www.investteck.com kaudu erinevate tuletisväärtpaberitega. GreenRiver OÜ osas on Finantsinspektsioon avalikustanud hoiatusteate ka 12.11.2018, mis on kättesaadav siit, ning 10.01.2020, mis on kättesaadavad vastavalt siit. Nimekiri ettevõtetest, kellel on Finantsinspektsiooni poolt antud tegevusluba või kes võivad Eestis piiriüleselt teenuseid osutada, on leitav Finantsinspektsiooni kodulehelt http://www.fi.ee. Information on GreenRiver OÜ 19.02.2020 Finantsinspektsioon (the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority) would like to inform clients and investors that GreenRiver OÜ (registry code 14445326) does not hold an activity licence for the provision of investment services in Estonia and therefore GreenRiver OÜ is not authorised to provide investment services in Estonia. The company offers the possibility to trade different derivatives through web pages www.investteck.net and www.investteck.com. Finantsinspektsioon has published a warnings concerning GreenRiver OÜ on 12.11.2018 and on 10.01.2020, which are available from here and here.
