On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker CTIN (Licensee: CTIN FINANCIAL SERVICES PTY LTD) as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 5, 250 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The investigators arrived at 250 Queen Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 19, 2023, and located a modern commercial building at the corner of Queen Street and Lonsdale Street in the vibrant city center. The structure is easily accessible via public transports within walking distance from County Court, Supreme Court, Melbourne Magistrate’s Court, and Federal Court.
Upon access to the 5th floor via the elevator, the inquiry team discovered CTIN‘s office, where the company name and logo of the broker could be seen clearly through the glass door. Unfortunately, the people weren’t allowed to visit the working area due to the access control system. Therefore, the specific company size of the broker is unconfirmed, but there were 4 separate rooms with approximately 15 cubicles.
Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker CTIN as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
