The investigators came to 120 Collins Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on January 9, 2024, and located a modern commercial building, which is easily accessible via public transports, appealing to a steady stream of people.

However, people werent allowed to enter upstairs without an access card. Therefore, the team failed to know the specific working environment and company size of the broker.
