On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Best Leader as planned according to its regulatory address that Suite 16, 40 St Quentin Avenue, Claremont WA 6010.

The investigators arrived at 40 Saint Quentin Avenue in Perth, Australia for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 19, 2023, and located a commercial building at the relatively bustling street in close proximity to a giant shopping center. In the meantime, the survey personnel spotted an outdoor directory, which didn’t discover any information concerning Best Leader. And suite 16 was actually occupied by “Swan Legal Corporate Lawyers”.

Through the on-site investigation, it‘s confirmed that the broker doesn’t have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Best Leader as scheduled, but didn‘t find the company at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker doesn’t have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
