Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team went to Hong Kong as planned to visit the forex broker Charles Schwab, whose office address according to public information is A222, 3rd floor, Phase II, Hengfeng Industrial Building, Hong Kong. The professional and experienced team, harboring a duty to rigorously scrutinize for investors, set out to investigate Charles Schwab.

Surveyors headed to the Hung Hom region to conduct a field investigation on Charles Schwab who claimed to be located at A222, 3rd floor, Phase II, Hengfeng Industrial Building, Hong Kong.

Surveyors successfully arrived at Hengfeng Industrial Building Phase II. This building, situated near Hung Hom, is in the Hengfeng Industrial Park and is a rather old, dated architecture. The overall layout is dense with a not-so-great surrounding environment and a lacking business atmosphere. While surveyors managed to take a panoramic photo of the building, no signs or information related to Charles Schwab were found.

Upon entering the building lobby, which was consistent with the overall condition of the building, i.e., quite old, the surveyors carefully examined the lobby signage but found no name or information about Charles Schwab, and neither was the company's logo sighted.

Surveyors went to the 3rd floor, reached the specific floor effortlessly and confirmed the location of A222. Upon reaching the 3rd floor, they first saw a church name, and walking further in, they found the floor had been partitioned into many small offices. Surveyors located room A222, but it was closed with no way of knowing what goes on inside or to gain entry.

Given that entry into the office was impossible and that neither a front desk nor its logo could be photographed from outside the building, it was deduced that the company's internal office environment does not exist.

Thus, after the field survey, it's concluded that the broker Charles Schwab does not exist at the stated address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Charles Schwab as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
