With the continuous opening of the local financial industry and sustained economic growth, forex trading has become increasingly important in Malaysia's financial sector. Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker BNP Paribas in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Level 9(D), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T..

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader BNP Paribas reportedly located at Level 9(D), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Financial Center Building, which is located in the most central area of Labuan Island. The architecture is exceptionally luxurious in the local context. The surrounding commercial atmosphere is strong, and the environment is relatively bustling. However, no company logo or related information of BNP Paribas was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the first floor of the building and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. However, the directory machine in the hallway displayed only a few lines at a time, changed very slowly, and did not allow photography or prolonged stays. There were four or five security personnel at the front desk on the first floor, who also prohibited taking photos inside the building.

Due to insufficient information, the on-site inspector was unable to reach the target floor (9th floor) and thus could not confirm whether BNP Paribas had clear signage or security measures in the office area, nor could they enter the premises. Additionally, they failed to photograph the reception desk and its logo. This office space is not a shared workspace.

Through the public areas of the building, it was not possible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities of the company due to the inability to access deeper areas. Overall, it could not be confirmed whether it aligns with the positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer BNP Paribas does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker BNP Paribas in Malaysia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
