The field investigator successfully arrived at One Capital Place, located at 18 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer PARKWAY MARKET does not exist at the above address.
