The office building indicated by the regulatory information is a renowned landmark in Sydney. The investigators successfully found the relatively new building.

Then the survey personnel entered the building, took the elevator to the 33th floor and found the entire floor was a sharing office named ROBERT FRANCIS. They asked the reception staff and learned that BIT FX did not work here. Unfortunately, the surveyors could not take more photos of the interior office.

Based on the field survey by the investigation staff, it is verified that the address of BIT FX in Australia is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. With regard to licenses, the trader has a MM license (No. 491139) authorized by ASIC and an AR license (No. 744255) authorized by FCA, but the latter has been canceled by now.
