On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to New Zealand to visit forex broker Relianz Forex as planned according to its regulatory address that 632 Dominion Road, Balmoral, Auckland.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the forex broker Relianz Forex at 632 Dominion Road in Balmoral, Auckland. This area is a historical commercial and Chinese community hub in Auckland, characterized primarily by mid-20th-century heritage buildings and a multicultural atmosphere, with a notable concentration of Chinese businesses.

Upon arrival at the target address, the field investigator observed that the building is a two-story historical structure retaining a mid-century architectural style. The exterior appears slightly aged but well-maintained. Located on Dominion Road, the main street, the building is surrounded by bustling shops, predominantly Chinese restaurants and retail stores, with moderate pedestrian traffic and an ordinary environment.

After entering the building, the investigators first inspected the lobby and common areas. The lobby is relatively compact but tidy and orderly. The buildings directory clearly lists “Relianz Forex” as a tenant on a specific floor. However, no dedicated company logo was found either inside or outside the building.

The investigators attempted to proceed to the companys designated floor and office for further inspection. However, upon reaching the target floor, it was discovered that the office area had a restricted access system, and no reception staff were available to assist with entry. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, permission to enter the premises was ultimately not granted. As a result, details such as interior decor, room count, and workstation capacity could not be directly observed, though it was inferred from the exterior that the space was a private office rather than a co-working setup.

Unable to access the interior, the inspection team sought alternative methods to verify the company‘s operational legitimacy. First, inquiries with nearby shops and the local Chinese community confirmed that a financial company did operate at this address. Second, checks through online maps and corporate registration records further validated “Relianz Forex” as being registered at this location. Additionally, the company’s logo was clearly visible and photographed from outside the building at the reception area, providing further evidence of its presence.

Through an on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the place.

Conclusion

The survey team went to New Zealand to visit forex broker Relianz Forex as scheduled, and found the company at the aforementioned address. It indicates that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
