Inspection Reason
Some investors made telephone calls to the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team to visit more Australia liensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. In response to the investors’ need, the surveyor decided to go to the MRT’s office in Australia to have a more intutitive view of the broker.
Office Building
According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Level 13, 2-26 Park Street, Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.
The surveyor found the modern building at the junction of two roads without much trouble.

In order to ensure inspection quality, the surveyor asked the office’s receptionist whether MRT had an office on the floor. The receptionist replied the broker didn’t have an office in the building.
