Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field research team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site visit to SEALARK, a forex broker. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 21F Kyobashi Edogrand, 2-2-1 Kyobashi, Chuoku, Tokyo 104-0031, Japan.
With a sense of mission to ensure stringent investor scrutiny, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to SEALARK.
The field research team successfully arrived at their target building, Kyobashi Edogrand. Located in a bustling commercial district, the building is a high-end commercial building, surrounded by numerous large corporations and financial institutions, creating a vibrant business atmosphere. The field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. From the exterior, the building exudes a modern and impressive style, embodying the qualities of a high-end commercial building.
The field research team arrived at the building entrance, explained their purpose, and successfully entered the lobby. A search of the lobby sign revealed no record of SEALARK being located on the 21st floor, despite company information. Due to strict building security, the surveyors were unable to reach the 21st floor. However, they learned through other sources that the floor belonged to another company, which was inconsistent with SEALARK's publicly available information.
The surveyors were unable to enter the company, nor were they able to take photos of the reception desk or its logo. The company's logo was also not visible on the exterior or inside the building.
Based on the on-site situation, the actual ownership of the 21st floor at this address is inconsistent with public information, and there is no valid evidence to support SEALARK's presence at this location.
Therefore, the survey confirmed that SEALARK does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the SEALARK as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
