Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Kyoto as planned to verify the public office address of the forex broker MARUCHIKA, listed as 526 Ebisu-no-machi, Teramachi-dori, Butsuko-ji, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto.
Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of information for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning, accurately located the target area in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, and conducted field work based on the publicly available address.
The inspection team successfully arrived at the target address. The area's corporate campus and streets displayed a bustling environment, with numerous commercial facilities and frequent pedestrian traffic, embracing both commercial vitality and a vibrant local atmosphere. The inspection team successfully captured a full panoramic view of the building's exterior and observed the MARUCHIKA logo, visually confirming the organization's connection to the building and providing key clues to the company's existence.
The surveyors then attempted to enter the company lobby, but because their offices were located on the first floor, they were unable to enter the building in the traditional sense. They were unable to clearly identify the company sign within the building. However, the exterior logo matched the address, providing a preliminary confirmation of the location. By observing the building entrance and floor signs, the surveyors were able to confirm MARUCHIKA's office location: the entire building was owned by the company, with the first-floor entrance directly connected to the office area.
They observed people working normally inside the building, but due to office area management restrictions, the surveyors were unable to enter the building. They also confirmed that the building was exclusively for MARUCHIKA's use and not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of a shared office. The surveyors also successfully photographed the company's reception desk and logo, further confirming the company's existence.
Thus, the survey confirmed that MARUCHIKA existed at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited MARUCHIKA as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
