According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at chiba-shi mihama-ku hibino 2-1-1. The surveyor visited the broker.

According to the regulation information and online map, the surveyor took the train from Toyko station to the destination. Once walking out of the Makuhari station, the surveyor found there were many business centers near the train station.

The office building with red brick walls was the surveyor’s destination. The surveyor was surprised to find that one of PRCbroker’s employees wearing a badge was standing by the front door, welcoming the surveyor.

PRCbroker’s employee warmly greeted the surveyor once seeing the surveyor and then took the surveyor to an office building named QVC Square and went with the surveyor to PRCbroker’s office after swiping the elevator card. The floor at which the broker was located looked clean and tidy. Several offices at this floor belonged to the broker.

PRCbroker's employee took the surveyor to one of its offices that held about 10 employees. As was introduced by the employee, employees working in the Japanese offices were basically responsible for customer services and IT services.

The surveyor found some souvenirs with the broker’s logo at the reception area. PRCbroker’s employee told the surveyor that they would not use the logo in the future for the convenience of sharping new brands.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was the same with its regulation address. The broker held a STP license issued by CySEC. Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
