Some investors made phone calls to the inspection team for more information of Australia licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, our survey personal went to Klimex in Australia to know more about it.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Klimex is located at Level 29, 31 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The survey personal then visited this place.

The survey personnel drove to the street indicated by the regulatory information. Since the house number on this street was conspicuous, the survey personnel found the office building indicated by the regulatory information relatively smoothly.

Looking from the other side of the building, it seemed that it was built long time ago.

Then the survey personnel entered the building. The first thing she saw was a floor guide that listed many companies. After a close observation, the survey personnel confirmed that it was not Klimex, but Vantage FX, on the 29th floor. In order to ensure the quality of the survey, the personnel took the elevator to the 29th floor. After walking around, the personnel found that only Vantage FX and Yitu Media worked on the floor.

Conclusion

The visit by the survey personnel confirmed that the broker Klimex’s real address was inconsistent with its regulatory address. The ASIC license (reference number: 428901) claimed by this broker are suspected of being clones. Since it has no valid regulatory license.
