Reasons for Field Survey
Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.
Field Survey Process
For this issue, the field survey team planned to visit the broker JUNCHENG TRADE in Hong Kong. According to public information, their office is situated at Room B, 5th Floor, Gaylord Building 114-118, Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
With their professional experience, the team felt a sense of responsibility to rigorously investigate for the investors. Following a strategically devised plan, they proceeded to Hong Kong based on the given address for the field survey of JUNCHENG TRADE.
On reaching the said area in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, they conducted a field investigation of JUNCHENG TRADE, which is claimed to be located at Room B, 5th Floor, Gaylord Building 114-118, Lockhart Road.
The surveyors successfully arrived at the Gaylord Building. The building exterior and interior facilities appeared old, the company park and surrounding street environment were average. Outside the building, though they managed to photograph the full view of the building, they failed to find any signage or information related to JUNCHENG TRADE.
Surveyors accessed the building lobby without complications. They meticulously checked all the company names listed on the directory in the lobby and after several checks, they confirmed that JUNCHENG TRADE's name was not there. They also inspected the external area of the building and the internal public areas, but didn't find JUNCHENG TRADE's logo.
While moving around in the building, it was noticed that the passageways were particularly narrow, only accommodating two individuals to pass at the same time, making it feel rather crowded. The elevators in the building were also quite small and felt cramped while in motion. After reaching the 5th floor, they conducted a thorough search within the entire floor and checked each rooms signage and surroundings, but they still couldn't locate any traces related to JUNCHENG TRADE.
More alarmingly, after multiple verifications, they found that there were 10 brokers who publicly stated their address at this location, indicating a clear case of collective fraudulence. Looking at the overall layout and usage of the building, this address was not a coworking space, and no reception with the JUNCHENCH TRADE logo could be photographed either from outside or any other observable angles.
Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker JUNCHUNCH TRADE does not exist at the stated address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex broker JUNCHENG TRADE as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
