According to regulatory information, FXGiants should be located on Level 17, 9-13 Castlereagh Street Sydney NSW 2000. The inspection team  paid a site visit to the office.

The inspection team wanted to go upstairs but was intercepted by the security guard in the building and failed to have a site visit.

Conclusion

The inspection team did not find the office of FXGiants in Australia. Its MM license (No. 417482) issued by ASIC is suspected to be bogus and has been canceled. It operates without any valid regulation.
