Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Inspection Reason
Recently, investors expressed their hopes for more exposure of Australian brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a direct look at iGlobal.
Company Building
iGlobal’s office address in the regulatory information is Level Level 17, 350 Queen Street Melbourne VIC 3000. The investigators carried out a field survey to this licensed broker.
Guided by the map, the surveyor successfully found this old office building.

The staff immediately entered the building and looked at the floor guide in the ground floor lobby. But no information about the broker was found. According their survey experience, they knew that further confirmation needed to be made to assure the survey accuracy. Therefore, the staff took the elevator to the 17th floor but failed to find the broker’s office or logo after searching around the whole floor.
Inspection Conclusion
The investigators, based on the result of this field survey, confirmed that iGlobal’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its MM license (license number: 398528) issued by Australian Securities & Investment Commission is a suspicious clone.Investors can take the broker into consideration.
