Survey Reason

Recently many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more brokers with fake addresses. According to investors’ feedback, the investigation team were going to visit HLL-forex in this episode.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of HLL-forex is 607 Albert Plaza, 89 Albert Street Cbd Auckland. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Exclusive

Since the office building could be reached without effort, the investigation staff arrived there smoothly. Our staff entered the lobby and saw a floor guide with many company names first. The name of HLL-forex  could not be found after our staff scrutinized the guide.

To ensure the accuracy of the investigation, the staff took the elevator to 6th floor and still could not find the broker’s name on the signboard.

Afterwards the investigation staff walked to the door of room 607 and noticed another company’s logo. Our staff knocked on the door and asked the employee whether he knows HLL-forex operates in this building and got a negative answer.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of HLL-forex  is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. Its alleged New Zealand FSPR licence(No.339766) was suspected to be a cloned licence.
