Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as planned, conducted an on-site visit to the broker Guanghui Securities in Hong Kong. Public information indicates its office address to be Room 704, Kai Fat Development Building, No. 33 Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The professional field survey team, accountable to investors, carried out an on-site check of Guanghui Securities based on the above address information.

Surveyors went to the Mong Kok area of Kowloon in Hong Kong, arriving at the Kai Fat Development Building where the address is located. The company park and street environment of the building are average with a thick business atmosphere surrounding, mainly small merchants and community service venues. Outside the building, surveyors were able to take a clear panoramic view of the building, but no signs of Guanghui Securities were found.

Surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, and the environment conforms to the characteristics of ordinary commercial buildings. However, when checking the lobby brand, Guanghui Securities' company name was not found, leaving no guidance about the company's location.

Surveyors went to the 7th floor and identified the exact location of Room 704. However, upon arrival, they discovered that the corresponding address led to a small beauty shop, not the office of Guanghui Securities, and there was no logo of the company inside the building. Since it was impossible to enter the so-called “company” interior, naturally, no photographs of the reception and its LOGO could be taken. Upon confirmation, the site is not a shared office, further establishing that Guanghui Securities does not actually operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Guanghui Securities does not have a real business location.refore, as confirmed after the field survey, the broker JinDao does not have a real operating place.
