Upon arrival, they clearly saw the corporate signage, the prominent company logo inside the building, and could take photos of the reception desk and its logo from the outside. Although they did not gain entry to the company, they observed a satisfactory office environment through outside viewing. This locale was not a shared office space, which fully confirms the company's real existence at this location.

Therefore, the field survey confirmed that the broker KVB Kunlun does indeed exist at the given address.
