The field investigator successfully arrived at Tower 535, located in the bustling area of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with a lively surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of FOREX.com was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. Inside the building, no signage or information about the company was found.

However, upon arriving at the elevator lobby, pressing the button for the floor where Room 12023 is located yielded no response. After inquiring with the front desk staff, it was learned that the company FOREX.com had indeed been there previously but had since moved out. Since the target floor was inaccessible, it was impossible to confirm whether the company's office area had clear signage or security measures. The field investigator could not enter the premises, nor could they photograph the front desk or its logo. This office was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, as it is impossible to obtain more information about the company's interior, it is also impossible to determine whether its internal environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer FOREX.com does not exist at the above address.
