70 улица Мясникова, Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarus

Reasons for Field Survey
The Belarusian foreign exchange market is a vital component of Eastern Europe's financial landscape. Leveraging its solid industrial foundation in machinery manufacturing and chemicals, as well as its close economic and trade ties with neighboring countries, the country's foreign exchange trading business has steadily grown, attracting both international traders and local institutions. To help investors gain a thorough understanding of the true operational status of local forex brokers, a field research team conducted a special visit to Belarus.
Field Survey Process
This time, the field investigation team traveled to Minsk as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the brokerage Forex Club. Publicly available information indicates its office address is G. Minsk, 220030, Ul. Mosnikova, 70, Oss 4, Tsat 7.
The team, with extensive international field investigation experience, prioritized investor protection and strictly adhered to pre-defined verification procedures, conducting a comprehensive on-site verification of Forex Club based on the aforementioned address information.
Based on the address, the surveyors first traveled to the Minsk area of Ul. Mosnikova (Myasnikova Street), attempting to locate Forex Club, located at Office 4, 7th Floor, 70 Mosnikova Street. Upon arrival at the building, the surveyors successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. However, upon closer inspection, they discovered no company campus signs related to “”Forex Club“” near the address, nor were there any clues pointing to the brokerage in the street environment.
During further investigation, the surveyors discovered that the building's doors were closed, preventing them from entering the company lobby or communicating with internal personnel. External observation and inquiries confirmed that there were no Forex Club logos hanging or posted inside or outside the building, and the company's name did not appear on the lobby or floor signs. Without access to the building, the surveyors were unable to reach the claimed 7th-floor office, confirm its specific location, or gain entry to the company. Furthermore, the address was not verified to be a shared office, and since they could not get close enough to the office area, they were unable to photograph the reception desk bearing the Forex Club logo. Furthermore, the alleged “”internal office environment,“” “”number of rooms,“” and “”number of workstations“” were impossible to verify.
During their stay on-site, the surveyors repeatedly verified the accuracy of the address and examined the surrounding area, but were unable to observe any Forex Club-related signs. Combined with the closed doors, they initially concluded that the office address was a fraud.
Thus, the survey confirmed that the Forex Club brokerage firm did not actually have an office at the claimed address, and that the address was completely inconsistent with the information entered on the survey form.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex Club as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
