The team successfully arrived at Capital Tower, an ultra-luxury office building located in the core area of Singapore. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere, and the building houses a large number of major companies. However, no company signal or related information for FX Connect was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission was granted to enter the lobby. However, on the building's directory board, no company information for FX Connect was found, nor was its logo seen; the information displayed at this address was for other companies.

Upon inquiry with the reception, the team learned that there is a forex company on the 33rd floor, but the receptionist could not confirm if this company is FX Connect. Without an appointment, the team was unable to obtain permission to go upstairs, could not reach the target floor (33rd) to confirm the specific location of FX Connect, and could not enter the company's interior or photograph the reception. The office was also not a shared workspace.

As entry into the company interior was not possible, the team could not observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities from the lobby area. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether the environment matches its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker FX Connect does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team visited the forex broker FX Connect at its publicly displayed business address in Singapore as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business premises.
