Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

For this issue, the field survey team planned to visit the broker Blue Whale in Hong Kong. According to public information, their office address is Room B on the 5th Floor of the Gaylord Commercial Building, 114-118 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, responsible for investors, conducted a field verification based on the above address information.

Surveyors went to the Lockhart Road area in Hong Kong and arrived at the Gaylord Commercial Building. The building is old, and the company park and street environment are average. The corridors are narrow, accommodating only two people at a time, the space is cramped, and the elevator is small. Outside the building, the surveyors managed to get a clear picture of the entire building, but found no signs of Blue Whale.

Surveyors entered the building lobby successfully; it reflects the characteristics of an old commercial building. While checking the lobby directory, they did not find Blue Whale's company name, leaving them unable to obtain the company's location guidance.

Surveyors took the elevator to the 5th floor and examined the floor closely upon arrival. Still, they found no information related to Blue Whale, nor did they find the company's logo within the building. Thus, they could not confirm its exact location, and could not enter the company, let alone take a photograph of the reception and the logo. Confirmed, it is not a shared office, further verifying that Blue Whale is not conducting physical business at this location, and there is suspicion of collective fraudulent addresses.

Therefore, after the field survey, it is confirmed that the broker Blue Whale does not have a real business premises.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Blue Whale as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
