Reason for this visit

This time the survey team went to Belize to visit the foreign exchange dealer Windsor Brokers as planned. The survey address is 35 BARACK ROAD, THIRD FLOOR, BELIZE CITY, BELIZE, C.A.

The survey personnel found a 3-storey building at the destination, located in a low-to-medium residential area in Belize City. "IFC - International Financial Center" and "GDG Glenn D Godfrey & Co LLP (Attorneys-at-law) Notary Public" are marked on the building. The gate was locked and there was no other place for visitors to enter or exit, nor was there a doorbell or security guard at the door. In addition, there are no offices on the basement floor. The survey personnel also found that the third floor of the building is operated by Glenn D Godfrey & Co LLP. Therefore, the above address should not be the registered address of Windsor Brokers, and the office does not really exist.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Belize to visit the foreign exchange dealer Windsor Brokers as planned, but did not find the dealer's office at its publicly displayed business address. The dealer may have just registered a company at this address without a real business venue. Please choose this dealer carefully.
