Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker D prime in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office Suite 1632, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader D prime reportedly located at Office Suite 1632, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Financial Center building, which is located in the most central area of Labuan Island. The building is considered very luxurious locally. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere, but no D prime company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained entry permission. However, the directory machine inside the building only displayed a few lines at a time, and the changes were extremely slow, making it impossible to take photos or stay for an extended period.

Although access to the company lobby was possible, no company signage D prime was found inside the building, nor was its logo visible. Due to the lack of effective guidance on specific floors, the inspection personnel were unable to reach the designated floor and confirm the exact location, thus failing to enter the company's premises. Additionally, they were unable to photograph the reception area or its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Since access to the company's interior was not possible, the internal office environment could not be observed, and it remains unclear whether the overall setup aligns with its claimed positioning. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, there are doubts about whether the dealer D prime actually exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker D prime in Malaysia as planned. However, no information such as the broker's company name was found at its publicly displayed business address, raising doubts about whether the broker has a genuine operational presence. Investors are advised to make their choices after careful consideration.
