According to the regulatory information, the Malaysia licensed broker City Credit Capital (Labuan) Ltd. (CCCLL) was located at suite 2b-3-1 plaza sentral ,jalan stesen sentaral 5, 50470 kuala lumpur. The surveyors visited the broker.

According to the regulatory information, the surveyor arrived at her destination after 10 minutes’ driving. The high-rise nearing to a railway station looked a little old.

The surveyor came to the front door of the office building and found the building logo at a inconspicuous corner. The surveyor noticed there were two safe guards checking the visitors’ identity information.

The surveyor walked to the lobby and found a floor directory hanging on the marble wall. As was informed by the directory the broker had an office on the third floor.

The surveyor then took the elevator to the third floor.

The surveyors saw the broker’s logo first and a notice that says salesperson is not allowed. The receptionist wasn’t in the office at that time, so the surveyor could not inquire the receptionist whether she could enter the office to inspect or not.

The surveyor looked around the office through the glass door and saw an employee standing with his back to a wall. As was estimated, there are about 10 cubicles in the office.

Conclusion

The visit by the surveyor confirmed the authenticity of the broker’s regulatory address. The broker’s licensed issued by LFSA (RN: 19) is suspicious of clone, therefore, please be prudent with regard to investment.
