Reasons for Field Survey

With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

As planned, the inspection team visited Kyowa Securities in Tokyo. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 8-3 Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0026 (8-3 Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan).

According to their commitment to investors, the inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of Kyowa Securities based on the aforementioned address.

The inspection team traveled to the Nihonbashi Kabutocho area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the building at the address. The area's corporate campus and streetscape are average. Although located in a financial district, it lacks a distinctly high-end commercial atmosphere. From the building's exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view and found no Kyowa Securities signage.

The inspection team attempted to enter the building's lobby but was unsuccessful. The door was closed, and the company's name could not be identified on the lobby sign. The company's logo was not visible inside or outside the building.

Without access to the building, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor or confirm the location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the company interior, let alone photograph the reception desk or its logo. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that Kyowa Securities did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Kyowa Securities did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Kyowa Securities as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
